My notebook won't run Feodra installation and OS until i set mem=1000M kernel
parameter.

That problem confirmed and already solved in x86.git#testing. Please take a look
at: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10034

There are five patches that add this feature. Too much to backport, and too much
risk of breakage.
