Description of problem:

On a t60w if I close the lid then open it, X is never displayed.  I can switch
to a VT and see stuff.  I can even kill X and then it comes back.

1.Close laptop lid
2.Open lid

Actual results:
Blank screen

Expected results:
See my desktop

Additional info:
I guessed at the component.  I can't find any useful log entries to identify the
cause.  Then again, I was not sure what I was looking for.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

You're testing the i810 driver here.  Do you really mean to be doing that?

This bug magically fixed itself.  I was using the i810 driver.  Not a problem on
the intel driver either.
