Description Davide Benini 2008-02-25 14:55:01 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; it-IT; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20080124 Fedora/2.0.0.11-1.rhis Firefox/2.0.0.11

Description of problem:
Adding additional parameters to network-bridge configuration in /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp makes cman malfunction.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cman-2.0.73-1.el5_1.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a cluster with cman and xend starting at boot, configure network-bridge in /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp with a line like this:

(network-script 'network-bridge bridge=xenbr0 netdev=bond0 vifnum=0')

2. Restart cluster nodes

Actual Results:
Cluster nodes don't communicate correctly and, depending on the configuration and cluster state, the cluster won't quorate or the nodes will not join the cluster and will be fenced.

Expected Results:
cman should start correctly and the cluster should quorate with all nodes joining without problems.

Comment 2 Davide Benini 2008-02-25 15:09:40 UTC
This patch should fix the problem. I also integrated a slightly modified version
of the patch in BZ 248048 in it.

Comment 3 Ryan McCabe 2008-02-26 22:40:12 UTC
Thanks; I've applied the patch.

Comment 5 Chris Feist 2008-03-24 20:13:06 UTC
This is being built, setting flags so it can make the errata.
