Description of problem:
When EXA is selected as the acceleration layer (either manually or
automatically), scrolling in xterm feels noticeably slower that with XAA. I have
no hard numbers on this, so I do not know whether the slowdown is real or just
perception

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable EXA as acceleration layer
2. open xterm window
3. run dmesg (or any other program that produces enough output to cause scrolling)
  
Actual results:
scrolling feels smooth with XAA, jerky with EXA

Expected results:
Smooth scrolling in both cases

This is almost certainly true, and almost certainly an upstream bug.

Upstream for what? X11? xterm?
