There are a number of X related mls constraint and /selinux avcs when booting in mls/Permissive

You might want to put these in xserver.if in the object manager tunable.

If you turn on xserver_object_manager boolean which should probably be on for MLS

you get 

+selinux_compute_access_vector(xdm_xserver_t)
+selinux_compute_create_context(xdm_xserver_t)
+selinux_validate_context(xdm_xserver_t)

The others are added to 

Fixed in selinux-policy-3.3.1-14.fc9
