Description Doug Chapman 2008-03-13 19:58:34 UTC
Description of problem:

On my ia64 systems that do nothave graphics heads firstboot still tries to start
in graphics mode. The boot hangs at this point so we never get to multi user mode.

Most large engerprise servers do not have graphics heads. In those cases we
will need either to keep the textmode frontend (even if it is less full-featured
than the gui version) or have a VNC capable frontend to firstboot.

This should be fixed in the next build of firstboot.
