Description of problem:

The "net-snmp-config --agent-libs" cites "-lsensors", and anything linked
against libnetsnmpmibs.so has references to various sensors_* labels, but the
RPMs don't cite the dependency.

This is breaking hplip builds (requiring net-snmp-devel) on ppc64 and ppc since
there is no lm_sensors-devel package there.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
