Description of problem:

Changing visibility of controls in very quick manner does totem to extend it's
height.

totem-2.16.7-4.el5

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start totem (with video)
2. press "h" in window and again very quickly
3. window changes it's height 

Actual results:
unexpectedly changed height

Expected results:
same height
