The USB ACM device entries (such as /dev/ttyACM0) are not created when 
RedHat 7.1 is installed.  Users have to find the major and minor device 
numbers, and manually create the entries with mknod.

hotplug is supposed to create those I think ...

No, they are (should be) included in the dev package.

These are actually already present, in /dev/input
