Description of problem:

Samba does not split the GECOS field when reporting
the users's legal name to Windows.  For example, my
name appears as "Lou H. Goddard, New Castle, 302-454-0017"
within Windows.  The entire GECOS field appears in all parts
of the Windows OS where you would expect just the name.
For example, adding a user to the permission list of a file...
or on the screen-lock-ctrl-alt-del box.

How reproducible:
Very.

Steps to Reproduce:
Add some extra fields to a user's GECOS.  Log in to a Windows
computer using the Samba PDC.  Hit ctrl-alt-del and view the
entire GECOS field.
  
Actual results:
Entire GECOS field is displayed

Expected results:
GECOS should be truncated at the first comma.
I should see "Lou H. Goddard"

Additional info:
This causes other Windows friendly apps to barf if they do not perform input
validation before parsing.  They expect a simple legal name, but instead receive
an entire GECOS field.
