Description of problem: I'm surprised by the latest version of this theme trying
to pull in tango-icon-theme on update. The theme has work perfectly without
depending on any icon theme until now, and I believe it still does. Moreover
from historical perspective, this theme (or rather the
clearlooks-big-pack-curves from which it originates) was designed explicitly for
the bluecurve icons. I remember the earliest version used to bundle the
bluecurve icons with it. Please remove the tango-icon-theme dependency. Thanks.

As both the upstream maintainer and Fedora packager for CurvyLooks, this was an
intentional decision. In order to have proper GNOME integration, the theme needs
a metadata file which includes the Metacity, Icon, and GTK+ (so-called
"Controls") theme. 

While I could leave the icon theme in it as "default" (thereby using whatever
Icon theme the user decides), I felt it best to include that information; and
the goals and design of the Tango icon better fit the ideal of the theme as a
whole (to be aesthetically pleasing while not distractive), and also integrate
more completely (IMHO) with the desktop as more and more desktop applications
(such as OO.org and) favor the Tango-ish icon approach.

Also, the icon theme itself includes no further dependencies (that should not
already be installed on a base system), so it seem reasonable to add this.
