Description of problem: Running F9 Beta and I'm not seeing any of my open
programs on the bottom bar of GNOME-panel.  Everything else appears normal.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.22.0


Actual results: No open programs or folders show up on the bottom bar of the screen.

Expected results: Open programs and/or folders are shown on the bottom bar of
the screen.

This appears to have been fixed.
