A number of times I've had transaction errors that PK ignored and said my
transaction was successful.  I've finally taken a screenshot of one of these times.

Attaching to blocker as PK is our default tool, this kind of thing shouldn't happen.

I *think* I've already fixed this in git - could you try the packages here

I won't be able to reproduce this until a broken package shows up again.  I'm
going to mark this as modified and drop it from the tracker.  Richard, will we
be getting another PK build before F9 goes GOLD?
