Some strings are still in English.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run "system-config-rootpassword" in f9 beta-zh_cn
2.Check the localization

  
Actual results:
Some strings are still in English.

Expected results:
Should be displayed in native language.

Additional info:
Same problem occurs in f9 alpha-ko_KR/zh_TW/ja_JP/zh_CN

Sorry, run system-config-printer instead.

This string is marked for translation and appears in the POT file.  It just
needs a translator to add the local strings to the PO files via Transifex.

But it's not be translated yet, the problem hasn't been settled till now.
