Description of problem:
Using KDE Live CD, updated to 5 April.  From time to time I get a momentary 
drop-out of my wired, static IP networking.  This is always accompanied by an 
AVC.

From rawhide release 0.9.1.svn3521.fc9

How reproducible:

constant

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a cabled connection to static IP
2.Work normally
3.Wait for notification of network down, then up a few moments later.
  
Actual results:

Dropped line with AVC created

Expected results:

Steady connection
