Description of problem: I noted how application domains write userdomain objects with type user_home_DIR_t in user home ($HOMWE), instead of user_home_t For example: Eclipse (java_t) writes its "~/Workspace" user_home_DIR_t How reproducible: In a confined role, export your GPG key to for example ~/my_gpg_pub.key: type=AVC msg=audit(1207501135.643:226): avc: denied { create } for pid=9902 c omm="gpg" name="domg472-gmail-public.key" scontext=staff_u:staff_r:gpg_t:s0 tcon text=staff_u:object_r:user_home_dir_t:s0 tclass=file type=SYSCALL msg=audit(1207501135.643:226): arch=c000003e syscall=2 success=no e xit=-13 a0=7fffc57d8638 a1=241 a2=1b6 a3=1323a10 items=0 ppid=8946 pid=9902 auid =502 uid=502 gid=504 euid=502 suid=502 fsuid=502 egid=504 sgid=504 fsgid=504 tty =pts1 ses=1 comm="gpg" exe="/usr/bin/gpg" subj=staff_u:staff_r:gpg_t:s0 key=(nul l) If you do the same to ~/Desktop/my_gpg_pub.key, it will work (user_home_t)
