Description of problem:
Under f9 beta-zh_CN, the welcome information on the first page of firstboot
isn't translated into Chinese.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firstboot-1.92-1.fc9.i386

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open gnome-terminal 
2. type firstboot -d
3. check the translation on every page of firstboot
  
Actual results:
Screenshot attached

Expected results:
All the strings are translated into Chinese.

Additional info:
Similar problem occurs under f9 alpha-zh_CN/zh_TW/ja_JP/ko_KR.

This should be better in 1.95-4.  Both of those strings are translated in the
.po files for that version.
