I added an external Bugzilla Reference to a bug in the ALSA Project tracker in
bug 416041 which worked fine: It is now displayed. But the link links to
https://bugtrack.alsa-project.org/alsa-bug/view.php?id=%id%20% whereas the URL
was not replaced with the actual bug id.
