This bug has been copied from bug #250994 and has been proposed
to be backported to 5.1 z-stream (EUS).

Softlockup patch, same as the RHEL 5.2 one

This is the patch to fix the softlockup problems; it's exactly the same as the
patch that went into 5.2.

A patch for this issue has been included in build 2.6.18-53.1.20.el5.
