Just a filesystem RPM for mozilla apps.  We need both /usr/lib and /usr/lib64 on 64bit arches.  Needed to solve bug 443858

Looks fine to me.

APPROVED but please think about:
- Use explicit permissions on dir creation.
- Something about the description feels incomplete, especially if you mean for
konqueror and others to require this in the future.

/me thinks, this package also should own its */mozilla directories, not only the
subdirectories of these.
