fix the patch in gapi2-codegen.in none

/usr/bin/gapi2_codegen tries to call /usr/lib/gtk-sharp-2.0/gapi_codegen.exe  on
x86_64.
You missed to modify the file generator/gapi2-codegen.in in addidion to
parser/*.in, see the attached patch.
