Description of problem:

There is no icon for the policytool utility visible in Applications->Programming

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0.0-0.10.b09.fc9.x86_64

How reproducible:

Applications -> Programming -> Java Policy Tool

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora with Development enabled
2. Applications -> Programming -> Java Policy Tool
  
Actual results:

No icon for Java Policy Tool

Expected results:

Some sort of icon...

I see the Java icon... it is surely there.
