Description of problem:
For Fedora 10 we should s/download.fedora.redhat.com/download.fedoraproject.org/
to each of the /etc/yum.repos.d/*.repo files.  It will only affect the
commented-out baseurls, but as we're trying to eliminate use of d.f.r.c wherever
possible, no sense having it there either.

#baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/$releasever/Everything/$basearch/os/

Note: mock in F9 already has no baseurl lines at all. :-)

Changing version to '9' as part of upcoming Fedora 9 GA.
