It would be nice if the base Linux or PowerTools distribution included an
RPM of the emacs lisp manual in info form in /usr/share/info.  See, for
example, ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/emacs/elisp-manual-21-2.6-tar.gz.

Hmm.  This isn't quite what I meant.  The elisp info files take up 700Kb, and
99% of users will never need them.  Wouldn't it make more sense to put them in a
separate RPM?
