Description of problem:
when a device is plugged in kde with the panel on the right of the screen, the
'recently plugged devices' dialog is drawn 2/3 offscreen.

1.configure panel on right of screen
2.insert cd

Actual results:
dialog offscreen

dialog on screen

Is this still an issue with KDE 4.0.5?  If so you should report this upstream at
http://bugs.kde.org and add upstream info to this report.  We will monitor
upstream for resolution.

to review this problem report further and diagnose or fix the
issue if it is still present.  Since it has been thirty days or
more since we first requested additional information, we're assuming
the problem is either no longer present in the current Fedora release, or
that there is no longer any interest in tracking the problem.
