Description of problem:
yumex update fails the final transaction check (after download).

11:51:12 : Transaction Check Error:   file /usr/share/man/man1/curl.1.gz from
install of curl-7.18.1-1.fc9.x86_64 conflicts with file from package
curl-7.17.1-3.fc8.i386

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Install fedora 8 with curl.i386 package
Upgrade using yumex, or I assume yum.

  
Actual results:
Transaction check fails due to file conflicts.

Expected results:
Obsolete package removed or upgraded.

rpm does not obsolete/remove packages from archs as different as these. If you truly feel that this is a bug then log it against rpm.
