Description of problem:
New F9 install, KDE, reports that security updates are available. when i click
to install them, I get 'Failed to update system. The error was:
org.freedesktop.packagekit.update-system auth_admin_keep_always'. Logged in as
root, so authentication shouldn't be an issue..

F9 install, no updates
