Description of problem:
'/usr/share/gnome-vpn-properties' folder should be owned by NetworkManager-gnome
package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
NetworkManager-gnome-0.7.0-0.9.3.svn3623.fc9

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/share/gnome-vpn-properties
2. rpm -qf /usr/share/gnome-vpn-properties/*

the bug is still present in NetworkManager-vpnc-0.7.0-0.10.svn4024.fc10.x86_64

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 10 development cycle.
Changing version to '10'.
