Description Andrea 2008-05-25 11:52:17 UTC
Description of problem:

The title bar text does not match the Tab title format.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Fedora 9, KDE 4.0.4-2.fc9.i386, Konsole 2.0

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set (or leave default) Tab tile format to "%d : %n"
2. cd to /usr/bin

Actual results:

Title bar reads "usr/b : bash"

Expected results:

bin : bash

Additional info:

No all directories are displayed wrongly.
Most of the short ones (e.g. /tmp, /usr/bin, /usr/lib, /lib) are wrong, but NOT
/usr.
Longer names are displayed properly.
If instead "%D : %n" is used, the result is good.

You'd be better-served instead reporting this upstream to bugs.kde.org as this
is almost certainly not fedora-specific.

Added to KDE bug list, and I have been told it is a feature...

http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=162605

So I guess it can be closed.
