Description of problem: typo in tzdata-java description

How reproducible: 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qi tzdata-java | grep Summary
2. Notice typo in word "Timzeone"
  
Actual results: Timzeone


Expected results: Timezone

tzdata-2008c-1.fc9 has been pushed to the Fedora 9 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

(The update was for new upstream, this bug was just the second bird to be killed
by one stone.)
