Currently the qpid-queue-stats tool shows enqueue and dequeue rates.
dequeue rates show the messages that were confirmed and removed from the queueu.

For testing sometimes its useful to see the actual transfers that went out.
This can also show how many messages were transfered vs how many were confirmed.

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-3824 has added detailed queue stats.
Therefore closing this as want-fix.
