Description of problem:
When running "rpmbuild -ta some.tar.gz" on some.tar.gz which doesn't contain a
specfile, a file with name "tar: *.spec: Not found in archive" is created where
the specfiles should go.

rpm-build-4.4.2.3-2.fc9.i386

Yup. It's been fixed upstream a couple of months ago though.

Nope, it is still in rpm-build-4.4.2.3-2.fc9.i386 (latest rawhide version, just
checked to make sure).

rawhide != upstream
