Description of problem:
Upstream dovecot includes a "convert-tool" that allows
migration between mbox and maildir formats. Specific usage can
be found here:

It would be nice to have this in Fedora dovecot.

Added explicit install of convert-tool into the spec file. For dovecot 1.1 it
has been already fixed in upstream sources.
