Description of problem:
Banshee documentation lists "Internet radio" plugin as a core plugin.

However I am not able to find in Fedora 9.

The page you linked to is for 0.13.x (which is in Fedora 8) this plugin has not
been ported upstream it's apparently slated for 1.1.0

I'm well aware, I have an update practically ready, I've been asked not to push
it until the announcement is official.

Closing as not-a-bug.
