This bugzilla has Keywords: Regression. Since no regressions are allowed between releases, it is also being proposed as a blocker for this release. Please resolve ASAP. in kernel-2.6.18-92.1.7.el5 2.6.18-92.1.7.el5 and 2.6.18-92.1.7.el5PAE boot just fine on the affected hardware (c.f. Bug 439292). Should we also ask the people who tested Bug 443853 (2.6.18-95.el5 was successfully tested in that bug) to test 2.6.18-92.1.7.el5 or is this one confirmation that it works enough for you? An advisory has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report. This report is therefore being closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
