The fancy S/Key tool that is built into gnome-terminal doesn't seem to work
anymore. I haven't debugged this in detail, but apparently no input is generated
anymore if i enter my password after clicking on a challange.

I've noticed this, too (in Raw Hide's 2.23.3.1-1.fc10). It works in F9's
2.22.2-1.fc9, though.

This is fixed in g-t release from yesterday.  Will show up in rawhide soon.

Confirming that this works again with 2.23.4.2-1.fc10, closing.
