This could be a pitivi bug, and the error is seriously lacking in details (a backtrace of the critical error would have been helpful). Reassigning to Pitivi until someone gathers proof this isn't a pitivi bug... pitivi-0.11.1.4-1.fc9 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 9. http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/pitivi-0.11.1.4-1.fc9 pitivi-0.11.2-1.fc9 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 9. http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/pitivi-0.11.2-1.fc9 pitivi-0.11.1.4-1.fc9 has been pushed to the Fedora 9 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. If you want to test the update, you can install it with su -c 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update pitivi'. You can provide feedback for this update here: http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F9/FEDORA-2008-8809 Related to a simmer bug with banshee, see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=555631#c20 and http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=555631#c21. Is actually a gstreamer bug (as first assumed). Should this be re-assigned to gstreamer? pitivi-0.11.2-1.fc9 has been pushed to the Fedora 9 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. pitivi-0.11.2.2-2.fc9 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 9. http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/pitivi-0.11.2.2-2.fc9 pitivi-0.11.3-1.fc9 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 9. http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/pitivi-0.11.3-1.fc9 pitivi-0.11.3-1.fc9 has been pushed to the Fedora 9 stable repository.
