Blaming vnc server inside of libvirt. Hmm. I could see misbehaviour in the VNC server being the origin of the issue, but should it really be able to wreak that much havoc, even after the VNC server is killed? Or is it just the wonderful world of X11? Sounds like stuck grab, especially if you could still move the cursor. We've had reports upstream that some apps don't release the devices. Sometimes this continues even after the app was killed, which would indicate an X server. Haven't found a reproducable testcase yet to hunt that down though. Do you have a reproducable testcase? Regrettably I've moved offices since this and am no longer in possession of that box and setup. It happened a couple times, but never at a precise interval. Since there are insufficient details provided in this report for us to investigate the issue further, and we have not received feedback to the information we have requested above, we will assume the problem was not reproducible, or has been fixed in one of the updates we have released for the reporter's distribution. Users who have experienced this problem are encouraged to upgrade to the latest update of their distribution, and if this issue turns out to still be reproducible in the latest update, please reopen this bug with additional information. Closing as INSUFFICIENT_DATA. |
