Description Pierre Ossman 2008-06-30 19:26:05 UTC
The snd_trident driver has a bug where it improperly handles the S/PDIF output
on pause, resulting in the sound card looping the current contents of the ring
buffer.

I've fixed up a patch[1], but as it'll be in 2.6.27 at the earliest, it'll be
ages before it ends up in my normal system and actually solves my problem. So I
was hoping it could be added to the fedora kernel until it is in sync with mainline.
