How Reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://rhn.redhat.com/network/software/channels/manage/edit.pxt and login
2. Enter url for GPG key such as http://proxy.example.com/pub/CUSTOM-GPG-KEY
3. Click submit

Actual Results:
Returns error "GPG Key URL invalid - please enter a valid URL"

Expected Results:
Accepts GPG key

Additional Information:
Tested with URL on 5.1 satellite, and it works properly.

After a little more digging, it appears that it only accepts https:// not
http:// this either needs to be fixed, or needs to be directly stated on the
channel edit page.

verified in webdev.

now there is (HTTPS is required) next to GPG key URL.
