Description of problem:
In recent versions of PHP phar extension included in it. See my bug about it
compilation for example: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=45336

Phar EXT version:          2.0.0b2-dev
Phar API version:          1.1.1
....

[root@x-www ~]# rpm -qf `which phar.phar `
php-cli-5.3.0-0.SNAP200807091630.fc9.Hu.0.athlon

Furthermore, in php and pecl for long time 2.0 beta version... You are provide
this package for legacy or any compatibility?

I'm assume what is obsolete now.

php 5.3.0 not yet provided by Fedora.
