What does it take to push the devel version into f9?

I installed hamster-applet-0.6.1-1.fc10.i386 via (fedora) rawhide.  It appears
to be working fine.

hamster-applet-0.6.1-1.fc9 has been pushed to the Fedora 9 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
