Description of problem:

Choosing help in Add/Remove Software (gpk-application) yields nothing when run
from the start menu. When run from a console, I get:

Error showing url: There was an error launching the default action command
associated with this location.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gpk-application --version: 0.1.12

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Add/Remove Software
2. Choose Help/Help
  
Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Some help files or an error dialog box
