When the user creation form loads in firstboot, nothing has focus.. or maybe the
'next' button has focus? either way, nothing useful. If you start typing your
usename, it goes nowhere until you select the username field.

I think the Username field should be given focus when that page loads.

This will be fixed in the next build of firstboot.
