Description of problem:
How many mediums that the hardware vendor can support to help customers 
install the driver while they are installing the OS? 
May I have the instructions for them? 
At present we support the installation with floppy, but sometimes some 
customers can't install it on their machine successfully but it can work on 
our platform although the platform we have is different to each other.

Nick - please go to www.redhat.com/docs and check out the Installation Guide. This has all the possible mediums for installation.
