In RHEL3 we are shipping Firefox 1.5 which as far as current schedules go is
not going to be supported by upstream long enough for RHEL 3.9. Therefor we need
to re-base to Firefox 3 in RHEL 3 in order to ensure a proper upstream source
for security and bug fixes.

Actually there in only seamonkey package on RHEL-3 so we're not going to ship firefox there. closing as WONTFIX.
