Description of problem:

When encountering a traceback from a LiveUSB anaconda installation, anaconda lists the "Local disk" twice.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
F10-alpha ()

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot a F10-Alpha liveUSB
2. Click on "Install to Hard Drive"
3. Encountered a traceback (not sure how to mimic this)
4. At the traceback dialog, select "Save"

Actual results:

At "Save" dialog, anaconda lists "Local disk" twice as an option from the drop-down list

Expected results:

"Local disk" should only be listed once.

Additional info:

 * See attached screenshot
 * While two entries for "Local disk" are listed, only the second one activates a file selection widget.
