Description of problem:

fedora-packager-setup erases ~/.koji without a warning or a backup. The user can have his custom config there.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 10 development cycle.
Changing version to '10'.

only shipped configes are updated with fedora-packager-0.3.3-1.fc10
