Patch to prevent segfaults when performing code completion

Description of problem:
When generating code coverage reports a segfault is experienced.  The patch reported in the bug resolves the issue for me.  I respun packages with a cleaned-up version of the patch for xdebug 2.0.3.  The files can be found here:
