Description Cody Boisclair 2008-09-05 16:06:20 UTC
Description of problem:
Attempting to download the Liberation fonts from FedoraHosted.org produces a HTTP 403 (Forbidden) error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL linked above.
2. Try to download either format of archive for liberation-fonts-1.03 or liberation-fonts-1.04.

Actual results:
An HTTP "Forbidden" error.

Expected results:
The font archive downloads.

Comment 1 Cody Boisclair 2008-09-05 18:02:43 UTC
Further elaboration: this only applies to the "stable" versions (1.03 and 1.04); the development version of 1.04.90 downloads OK.

Comment 3 Cody Boisclair 2008-09-08 00:35:43 UTC
Still getting a Forbidden error on all four of the above-linked files.

Comment 4 Toshio Ernie Kuratomi 2008-09-08 03:04:58 UTC
The filesystem permissions of all but liberation-fonts-1.04.90.devel.tar.gz and liberation-fonts-1.04.90.devel.zip were set so only cchance could read them. I've changed it so they are all readable.

I've opened a ticket for infrastructure to look at making all files under /releases/ readable automatically.

Requested abadger1999 @ #fedora-admin @ freenode.net and it is fixed.
